Agenda

  1. The DVCA’s President shall preside at the Special Meeting, and first announce
    whether a quorum is present;
  2. The Meeting shall be called to order (once the one-third quorum requirement is met,
    based on one vote per Lot owned). Note: If a quorum is not established, an
    adjourned/rescheduled Special Meeting of Members may be scheduled;
  3. If a quorum has been established, the Perimeter Fence Committee will make a brief
    presentation regarding the perimeter fence project;
  4. The voting results, as reflected by absentee and proxy ballots received by the
    DVCA prior to the Special Meeting of Members being called to order, shall then be
    announced;
  5. In person votes will be taken, (if any) and collective results will be announced;
  6. The Special Meeting will then be adjourned.
