Rules and Regulations:
You must register to participate. Registration form can be found on this website, just click on Documents, and look for Garage Sale. The cost to participate is $15.00 for pre-registration and $25.00 the day before the garage sale and/or the day of the garage sale.
You must be a Homeowner or Tenant residing in Deerfield Village to participate. Your Homeowner’s Assessment Fee must be current.
Place the Official Deerfield Garage Sale Sign at the end of the driveway, in plain view from the street or be ready to show your email registration to a HOA member.
Garage Sale must be confined to participant’s property. Do not use the street or cul-de-sac as cars need to have access to them.
There is no rain date. Garage Sale will be held on the date shown on the Registration form.
Forms and payment may be dropped off at the DV Office during regular working hours. You may also put completed forms and checks in the lockbox next to the Office door. If you choose the latter method to register, a volunteer will deliver the Garage Sale sign (if you are unable to stop by the Office to pick it up) on the day of the Sale.
If you would like to be a volunteer during this event to help guide, direct, or answer questions, please contact the Recreation Committee. The DVCA newsletter lists the dates and times of Committee meetings and the Committee Chair.
