The Community Garage Sale
Twice a year, in the spring & fall, Deerfield Village has a Community Garage Sale. There is a small fee to cover the ads, security, and associated costs. We usually have good weather, so whether you are buying or selling, it should be a good time for all!
Rules and Regulations:
You must register to participate. Registration form can be found on this website, just click on Documents, and look for Garage Sale.
You must be a Homeowner or Tenant residing in Deerfield Village to participate. Your Homeowner’s Assessment Fee must be current.
The Official Deerfield Garage Sale Sign must be at the end of the driveway, in plain view from the street.
Garage Sale must be confined to participant’s property. Do not use the street or cul-de-sac as cars need to have access to them.
There is no rain date. Garage Sale will be held on the date shown on the Registration form.
Forms and payment may be dropped off at the office during regular office hours. You may also put completed forms and checks in the lockbox next to the office door. If you choose the latter to register, a volunteer will deliver the Garage Sale sign (if you are unable to stop by the office to pick it up) on the day of the sale.
During the week leading up to the Garage Sale, the registration cost increases due to the additional work and security associated with the planning and success of this great event.
