The AGC (Architectural Guidelines Committee) was established by the Board as a special committee to create Guidelines for Deeds and Homeowners to use and reference when considering or submitting an AA (Architectural Application).  This would ensure that decisions made my Deeds would be consistent and fair over time, as volunteers come and go.  These guidelines would also serve as a reference for any homeowner, as to what is approved or not approved. These guidelines are supported by the existing PC’s (Protective Covenants), current state laws (Texas Property Code), and Policies and Guidelines approved by the Board.
