This form will alert S.E.A.L. to your absence and let him know who is allowed to be on your property while you are away. S.E.A.L. Security Vacation Watch Form   PLEASE COMPLETE THE VACATION WATCH AND MAIL IT IN AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE YOU PLAN TO LEAVE OR COMPLETE IT AND CALL (832) 408-0200 TO HAVE AN OFFICER COME BY AND PICK IT UP. YOU MAY ALSO CHOOSE TO FAX IT TO (800) 281-1044.
