NoticeLow Income Housing in our area – A Town Hall mtg. has been set for Mar. 12, 2015 (Thursday night) from 7-8 pm. It will be held at 8440 Greenhouse Rd. Cypress, TX 77433. There are two low income complexes being proposed:
1. Clay @ Barker Cypress (Campanile at St William)
2. Keith Harrow @ Queenston (Campanile on Queenston)
Because these complexes could impact our propoerty values, and perhaps an increased security concern, I encourage you to be involved and be informed on how this develops. I will also keep you updated as I get more information, and you are welcome to comment below.
By the way – I understand Rep Dwayne Bohac will be in attendance, and will also be opposing these two projects…we will see.
